Hot Wings

Used this recipe:


Only I used garlic powder, instead of salt, since I tend to shy away from salt.  Also we had to settle of oven-baked instead of grilled.   They cooked at 350 for 20 min and then we flipped them, added more sauce to the under side and cooked them another 10 min.   They were awesome!  I'm a big fan of the hot and sour combo.

No salt for the sodium it brings
It can't be denied
They'd be better deep-fried
But the cook seemed quite pleased with the things.
